Once the scope is agreed, the price stays fixed unless you ask us to add something new.

No lock-in
Your website. Your business. Your ownership.
Your domain name is registered in your own name and account, so you stay in control of it.
Once the final invoice is paid, the finished website, its code and content are yours, subject to the licences of any outside tools or services it uses.
If you ever move to another provider, we'll provide the available website files and assets and reasonable handover support. Some website builders can't import websites made elsewhere, so we'll talk you through your options.
Hosting
Standard hosting included. No mandatory monthly fee.
Your website stays online whether or not you choose a Care plan. Care is optional and Pay As You Go is always available. If you ever need something specialist, unusually high usage or a paid outside service, we'll discuss and agree the cost with you first.
We never add paid services without your approval.
